With the section already purchased (and what a section!) the clients approached us with a clear idea of what they wanted in terms of layout.
We assisted in fine tuning the plan and overall design of the dwelling, the height and orientation on the site, the cladding materials and liaison with their builder to ensure the project met it’s budget.
