As a builder himself, John and Amanda had a very clear idea of what they wanted. Our brief was to develop their ideas into a workable and final design to obtain a building consent. The subdivision covenants proved to be a bigger challenge than any of us could foresee, but working closely with the clients, we collectively overcame the challenges and adapted the design where required.
