Ben Solomon
MANAGING DIRECTOR | PRINCIPLE DESIGNER
Ben is internationally and locally qualified, with more than 20 years experience in architectural design, including over ten years training and designing in South Africa and the UK. Skilled in producing quality, well thought-out residential and commercial designs, Ben brings a flair and enthusiasm for the latest in international technology and best practice to every project.
As a professional member of Architectural Designers New Zealand, Ben is required to hold a recognised professional qualification and to undertake regular professional development. Ben is also a registered Licensed Building Practitioner.
Karen Solomon
OFFICE MANAGER | DRAUGHTING TECHNICIAN
Karen brings a wealth of experience to the team with her diverse management, finance and client centric background. Drawing upon her experience within various industries has allowed Karen to learn best practices that have been invaluable in the growth and direction of Nomolos over the past decade.
Her qualifications in Applied Business Growth and Business Management allow her to play a multi-faceted role at Nomolos; managing the day to day operations of our busy office and streamlining systems and processes to increase efficiencies and ensure smooth workflows.

Engaging with charitable causes plays a significant role for the team at Nomolos. We foster a positive workplace culture whilst building strong relationships with our local community on a regular basis; taking the opportunity to pay it forward through gifting time and resources to support causes that truly matter to us.
Our chosen charitable endeavours reflect our own family-based core values, with a focus on supporting the next generation, connecting with those who are vulnerable and helping make a tangible impact on the lives of others. Causes we have supported regularly include:
